Ms. Alice Ashley has 12+ years of experience in the fields of real estate, homeowner financing, risk mitigation, housing recovery, staffing, disaster response, training, and preparation. Skilled at researching topics, preparing materials targeted for specific audiences, and coordinating with employees and colleagues having various technical backgrounds.

Mr. Walker, works with all Provision's clients local, regional and national levels. Having experience rural, housing, emergency management, education,  workforce development, as well as economic/community development grants. Mr. Walker has a BS in Marketing, BS in Finance, as well as an MBA from George Mason University.

Mr. Holt,  Provision's aviation field subject matter expert as well as serving as project manager on various projects. Including oversight of concrete placement, engineered soil placement, and foundation design. Mr. Hold holds a BS in Construction Technology and Business Administration.

Mr. Hanks, has over 20 years of experience in the fields of construction management, field inspections, real estate valuation, damage assessment, investment risk, and arbitration. Experienced in commercial, industrial, residential, business, as well as personal property.

Ms. Woodley, a Project Manager is experienced in project identification, quantifying work, tendering sub-trades, identifying risks, preparing construction schedules, project budgeting, and design.  Ms. Woodley holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering as well as an M.S. in Construction Engineering Management. 

 Ms. Strain, ensures reports with regulatory agencies, are filed in a timely manner as well, providing assistance to internal and external auditors with compliance reviews. She will prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress, keeping the client and Provision informed of any upcoming industry changes 

Ms. Battles, has over 15 years of experience in the areas of HUD, FEMA, and grant administration as well as intimate working knowledge of the regulatory guidelines that govern the execution of projects funded by these agencies.
